Tummy fat can become a huge issue for a lot of people especially us women.  We tend to get a little insecure about  how it looks while in our nice outfits and especially in our birthday suits.  Sometimes it seems as if it just won't go away..it's a stubburn problem to have I must say.  So I decided to give you 4 tips that I learned that have helped me with annoying belly fat.  Like to hear it?  Here it go:


  1. Water-  Make sure that you drink a whole lot of water - keeping yourself hydrated will get rid of any water weight you are holding on to and it will help your metabolism run faster.  Eliminate sodas and high sugar juices from your diet.
  2. Eating-  You really need to eat healy really fresh whole foods! Stick to really lean protein, of course fresh vegetables and fruits.  Nonsaturated fats, you have to eliminate processed foods from your diet, no fast food runs during your lunch break or over the weekend.  I know it convenient, but steer clear away from it, if you want to reach your goal of reduced belly fat!
  3. Alcohol - Listen, I know this may be hard for some..but you got to cut out the alcoholic beverages!  If you are really serious about getting rid of your belly fat then you have you do this.  :(  Alcohol dehydrates your body causing you to retain water.  This means you may have a little pouch around the tummy just from alcohol consumption.
